🌟 I have a BREADTH and DEPTH of experience. I am far more than just a breakup and divorce coach which means I can coach on whatever comes up for you… whether that’s exploring a new career, relationship issues, imposter syndrome, people pleasing, or discovering your meaning and purpose in life.

I’m an accredited breakup and divorce coach which means I have specific tools and techniques to support you during this time. But I also have many other coaching qualifications including Positive Psychology which uses the science of happiness to help you flourish and thrive in life and I’m a qualified Life and Business coach. I continually focus on my own personal development and my top value is love of learning. I’m always looking for more ways to support my clients so that you can get the greatest results in the fastest time possible.

You've already tried all the distraction techniques and the things that normally work for you… so you know you need something different. Quick fixes certainly have a time and a place, and you might need them when you’ve got to get your head in the right place to deliver that presentation at work, pitch to a potential client, or be really present for your kids. I work with your brain to retrain it to focus on the positives and break the negative loops that keep you stuck in the past.
